How do I contact the clinic?

 

It is best to contact us via phone or email. Our reception operating days are: Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays.

What if I need to contact the clinic urgently or in an emergency?

Who will be performing the treatment?
 

All injectable treatments are performed by Registered Nurse Lucynda Tomaino (The Injectables Nurse), or Registered Nurse Laura Flynn.

Ie. All Dermal Filler, Anti - Wrinkle, Profile balancing, PRP Hair / Face, Fat Dissolving.

All non-invasive treatments are performed by our talented small team of dermal clinicians: Melissa or Nevine.

Ie. Skin Needling, LED, lymphatic drainage massage.

 

Can I have injectables treatments after the Covid-19 vaccine?

It is recommended that clients wait 2 weeks pre and post Covid-19 vaccine for all filler treatments to avoid adverse reactions.

Do you offer packages?

At The Injectables Nurse we believe that every client is unique and requires a personalised service. For this reason we don't offer any set packages for injectables but will always offer our clients the best possible price for multiple areas treated.

Why can't I find pricing for specific services online?

Due to the individual nature of Injectables services pricing can vary from person to person. Some treatments are difficult to quote without in-person consultation. If you are unsure about pricing, contact our friendly team via phone, email or Instagram. 

Do I need to have a consultation before booking treatment?

All treatment bookings include a short consultation, however, if you would like a longer consultation to discuss your options prior to booking treatment, you can book a "consultation only" as a standalone service.

What service do I book if I am unsure what I need done?

In this scenario you can either book for the service you think you might need, or you can book a consultation. If you are still unsure please contact our team via phone, email or Instagram.

Do you offer any pain relief?

Yes! We pride ourselves on making your experience as comfortable as possible. We have many different methods available to help calm nerves and ease discomfort. 

What is the cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for cancellation. In the case of no show or less than 24 hours notice without exemption, deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are refundable if adequate notice is given.
